Offer for customers starting in 2026: €4/user/month

Your whole team’s hours on record, reports in one place.

TuntiTassu Tiimi is time tracking for small and medium-sized organisations that log hours to projects: adult education centres, offices, associations and consultancy teams. The same easy logging as in Soolo, and the administrator sees the whole team’s hours, projects and reports.

Why TuntiTassu Tiimi

Everyone’s hours end up in one place by themselves

Logging takes seconds

Everyone logs their own hours on their phone, right where the work is done. Shared projects and categories are ready on the form, so everyone logs time the same way.

The administrator sees the big picture

The whole team’s hours, projects and budgets are in one view as they are logged. No collecting timesheets or filling in spreadsheets at the end of the month.

Reports by person and by project

A PDF report is created at the click of a button for payroll, a client or reporting to a funder. CSV and JSON export gives you the whole organisation’s entries for your own use.

How team members log time

Everyone logs their own hours in four steps

The same form as in Soolo, on your phone and computer. Shared projects and categories are ready, so everyone logs time the same way.

  1. Choose a shared project

The administrator has created the projects in advance, so everyone logs to the same projects and nobody has to make up names.

  2. Tap in the hours

With the +15 min and +1 h buttons, to the nearest 15 minutes. The previous number of hours is already filled in.

  3. Say what you did

A short description and a category from the shared list. The form reminds you that the administrator can see the description.

  4. Save

The entry appears straight away in the administrator’s reports and statistics. No timesheets to collect at the end of the month.

Getting started

Set-up in three steps

Get in touch

Tell us by email or phone the name of your organisation, the administrator’s email address and the number of users. That is all we need.

You get accounts and a 30-day trial

We create the organisation, and the administrator receives a sign-in link by email. You will not be invoiced for the trial.

The administrator adds members

Members are added by email address, and they sign in with a link sent to their email. Nobody has a password.

Transparency

Who sees what

Time tracking in a team is a matter of trust. That is why we say plainly who sees what, including to employees themselves on the entry form.

Employee

Sees and edits their own entries. They cannot see other people’s entries or project budgets.

Administrator

Sees all the team’s entries including task descriptions, as well as statistics and budgets, and manages members and projects. Employees are told this openly: the entry form always shows “Your organisation’s administrator can see your entries, including the task description. Enter only the work task.”

Service provider

Digitahti sees hours and projects for support and maintenance purposes. It sees task descriptions only if the organisation’s administrator gives permission in the settings, and the permission can be withdrawn at any time.

Data stored in the EU

Entries are stored in a data centre in Stockholm. The organisation is the controller of its employees’ entries, and Digitahti processes the data on its behalf in accordance with the data processing agreement.

Frequently asked questions

Questions and answers

Can the same person use both Soolo and Tiimi?

Yes. The account is the same email address, and in the app you choose whether you are logging to your own Soolo workspace or for the organisation. Entries are kept separate: the organisation’s administrator only sees entries made for the organisation, not personal ones.

What happens when an employee leaves?

The administrator deactivates or removes the member. A deactivated member can no longer access the organisation’s data, and a removed member loses their membership entirely. In both cases the entries stay with the organisation, because they are the employer’s working time records.

Where is the data stored?

In the EU, in a data centre in Stockholm. AI suggestions are also generated in the EU. All subprocessors and their locations are listed in the data processing agreement.

Can Digitahti see the team’s entries?

For support and maintenance, we see hours and projects. We do not see task descriptions unless the organisation’s administrator gives permission in the app settings. The permission can be withdrawn at any time, and without it the descriptions are hidden from us.

How does invoicing work?

We invoice one year at a time in advance, with an invoice sent by email. No card is needed, and Tiimi does not use Stripe. The price is based on the number of active users at the time of invoicing, with a minimum of three: the administrator counts as a user, deactivated members do not. If users are added during the period, they are invoiced on a separate additional invoice for the full months remaining in the period. The annual invoice for the next period is based on the number of users when that period starts. No VAT is added to the prices, because Digitahti Oy is not currently in the VAT register (small-scale business, section 3 of the Value Added Tax Act). If this changes, we will let customers know well in advance.

Can we cancel the trial?

Yes. The trial does not turn into a subscription on its own: the invoice is only sent once you have confirmed that you want to continue. If you do not continue, there is no invoice. The administrator can download the entries, and we delete the organisation and its data.

What do AI suggestions do with my data?

The feature is off by default. The administrator switches it on for the organisation, and in addition each user enables it for themselves in their settings, confirming that they have read the description of the processing. Only when both are in place does the button appear – and even then only once you have more than ten entries of your own. The suggestions are based on your own task descriptions, the 40 most recent at most; other people’s entries or names are not sent. Processing takes place in the EU, and the language model provider does not store the prompt or the response or use them to train models. As an exception, the provider may handle requests it has flagged as suspected misuse in accordance with its own policies; this is described in the data processing agreement.

Documents

Terms and privacy before set-up

Tiimi has its own documents, because the customer is an organisation rather than a consumer. Tiimi’s contract documents are currently in Finnish. For more information, contact tuki@tuntitassu.fi. The employer tells employees about the introduction of the service, and there is a ready-made notice for this.
